Shahla and Fatema Reza, two friends at their 20s started organising

skill development programs for the young filmmakers, artists and media students of Bangladesh since 2014. Their vision was to create a platform for young creative communities and to reduce the gap between young artists and the industry. They named their organization "Dream On" in belive of supporting the dreams that every creative soul carries. Media Youth Leadership Summit (2014 , 2015) and Workshop Encouraging Film and Web Content on Social Issues (2020) are the most impactful programs that Shahla has designed and lead collaborating with national and international partners and speakers. Being a filmmaker herself, she understands the necessity of such platforms for artistic growth and she would like to contribute/exercise her creative passion more by organizing such life-changing, empowering projects.
